Gwyn does the 'real' work in the office, but behind the scenes.  As processor, she is reponsible for all files once turned in by the loan officer.  This includes quality control of all loan packages before they are submitted to our underwriter and everything that needs to happen once the file is approved through closing.  Any loans turned in but not meeting Gwyn's standards risk her wrath, which typically consists of sarcastic comments (written and verbal) and public humiliation. 

Although the loan officer assigned to each file is the primary contact for our clients, keep in mind that Gwyn is there, supervising, in the 'back office.'
