Where do I begin? When we first received your flyer in the mail, we thought, oh sure, just another hook or another company that would jerk us around and make life more difficult than it already was. We were afraid of all the articles we had read about situations that take advantage of people in our position.



BOY OH BOY, WERE WE WRONG ABOUT YOU, AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF.



Andy, I was so pleasantly surprised when we first spoke. You were so nice on the phone and so extremely knowledgeable. You made everything easy for us and whenever we had a question, you were right there to help us understand what was going on and what might be the right way for us to go forward.

How can we ever thank you enough for making what was once a very unpleasant experience for us into a rather enjoyable one. Especially your sense of humor!!!!! I havent laughed so much during what should have been a rather daunting time.

Many thanks, also, to Gwyn and Jeff who always seemed to be there with a smile to help us along further toward the end of the process.

I cant seem to really put into words, how much we appreciated and actually enjoyed the entire process. You all made things quite easy and we found that we didnt have to worry about the small stuff.

We were about a year into a chapter 13 settlement and stuck in an adjustable rate, interest only mortgage when the rates began to rise.
